Beetroot Chaas

A healthy buttermilk recipe

 Ingredients
 
Beetroot,chopped 1 small

Carrots,chopped 4 small

Fresh mint leaves 20-25

Green chillies,chopped 4

Salt to taste

Black salt (kala namak) to taste

Roasted cumin seeds 1 tablespoon

Yogurt 2 cups

Ice cubes as required


Method
Put the beetroot, carrots, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, black salt, cumin seeds, one cup yogurt in a blender and blend for two to three minutes.

Add the remaining yogurt, ice cubes and continue to blend for another two minutes. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
